PayPal is now allowing inbound transfer of funds, money, and payments from abroad to Philippine PayPal account holders. Before you could only make payments out with PayPal but not receive money. Right on PayPal !!!

So now you and send AND RECEIVE money from around the world using a PayPal account, your email address, all tied into your Philippine Bank account with attached credit or debit card.

Currently we know that Union Bank Philippines provides customers to use their Union Bank credit and debit card accounts with a PayPal account. Check with your local Philippine Bank if they offer the same.
